  • This week we are joining the Association of Colleges #loveourcolleges ❤️ campaign to show why further education colleges are so important to help people get in and go further. We will be shining a spotlight 🔦 on all of the amazing things that happen across the campus and the opportunities the college provides for students, apprentices and our wider community. 

You might see us out and about with cameras 📸 but we need your help too. We'd love to see what you are working on and why college is so important to you. Tag us in to your posts to show us what you love about college.

  • Come along to our taster sessions to find out more about college and the subjects you are interested in. It’s a great opportunity to meet the tutors and your potential peers! Book your tickets by heading to the events section on our website.
  • Our public services students will be working with the emergency services on simulated road traffic accident on Infirmary Road this morning. It all takes place from 10am. Come down and watch as they practice their skills at dealing with an emergency situation with the police, ambulance and fire service, at the same time as learning about road safety.
  • Wear pink and raise money! 

The college is encouraging students to wear pink on Thursday 21 October to raise awareness and money for breast cancer research. 

A number of curriculum areas around college will be having activities throughout the day and we have JD gyms, TROPIC skincare and Project doughnut joining us too!
