Why should you choose to work with us?

A personal touch

A key account manager, who specialises in your specific industry, will be assigned to you. Your account manager will be your main point of contact, becoming an extension of your team with the ability to understand the needs of your business. If required, an organisational needs analysis will be carried out to assess skills gaps and what type of training is needed to meet the challenges of the future.

Unrivalled support

Working with us will give you access to a huge team of experienced advisors, work-based learning managers and tutors and dedicated support staff who will take care of every aspect of your recruitment, training and development needs. This includes regular updates on the progress of your staff and advice on funding, grants and changes to government policy which may affect you. There will be opportunities to benefit from discounted training and continuing professional development.

Mentor Training

For businesses that take on apprentices, it is critical to find an effective workplace mentor to aid the development of the apprentice. Finding the right mentor can be difficult, so we will work with you to help identify and train suitable individuals for these key roles. Not only does this help the success and retention of your apprentices, it can also benefit your existing staff and prepare them for a team leader or managerial roles.

Apprenticeships

Apprentices earn whilst they learn. Apprentices spend most of their learning in the workplace and the remaining hours in the classroom. Often an apprentice progresses into a full-time position within the company.

T Levels

This two-year qualification for 16-18 year olds, combines industry experience with classroom study – think of it as a mixture between apprenticeships and BTECs.

Work Experience and Industry Placements

Industry placements create opportunities for a diverse range of 16 to 19 year olds. Diversity helps your organisation understand customers better, creates better performing teams and increases innovation and creativity.

Martin

From our perspective, apprentices add to the mix on the shop floor. We have experienced team members who are passing on their knowledge but the apprentices bring new ideas and have different skills and are more tech-savvy. When you walk on the shop floor it has a real positive feel.
