Absence Reporting
You will need to provide the following information when calling:
- Student Name
- Student ID Number
- Date of birth
- What course you/they are studying
- Reason for the absence
- Expected return to College date
Reporting an Absence
To report an absence, please contact the relevant curriculum areas before 9:00 am on the day of absence. Please note that the contact number differs depending on the course.
For medical appointments, you must provide proof of the appointment to the member of staff.
All these numbers are term-time only.
