ENROLMENT

Once you apply to study at college you will have an interview and will be offered a conditional place on your chosen course. If you accept your place, you will need to enrol during the Summer before term starts.  This is a simple process of formally completing your enrolment documentation.

During enrolment, we will confirm key personal data, take your photograph for us to issue you with your ID card, and ensure you have all the information you need for your first day.

Attending Enrolment

You will receive an email with a specific date and time to attend college for your enrolment activity.  Please make every effort to attend that session.  If you are unable to attend this session, please book an alternative session.

Any general enquiries about the enrolment process should go to Enrolment on 01246 500556 or email enrolment@chesterfield.ac.uk.

If you would like to make a change to your application, please contact Admissions at 01246 500500 or email admissions@chesterfield.ac.uk

Remember to check your emails carefully as all communications will be sent to the email address we hold for you.  The enrolment email will tell you everything you need to know for your visit.

Additional Support

If you need additional learning support or advice from our maths and English teams, they will be on hand to help throughout enrolment too.

Fully signed bursary forms can be processed during your enrolment visit if you bring all evidence required.

Please note. If you are an existing student and you have been offered a place for September 2024 then you do not need to attend an enrolment session during the Summer unless you are emailed and requested to do so. Please check your emails for instructions on how to confirm your enrolment online
