Why should you choose to work with us?

A personal touch

A key account manager, who specialises in your specific industry, will be assigned to you. Your account manager will be your main point of contact, becoming an extension of your team with the ability to understand the needs of your business. If required, an organisational needs analysis will be carried out to assess skills gaps and what type of training is needed to meet the challenges of the future.

Unrivalled support

Working with us will give you access to a huge team of experienced advisors, work-based learning managers and tutors and dedicated support staff who will take care of every aspect of your recruitment, training and development needs. This includes regular updates on the progress of your staff and advice on funding, grants and changes to government policy which may affect you. There will be opportunities to benefit from discounted training and continuing professional development.

Mentor Training

For businesses that take on apprentices, it is critical to find an effective workplace mentor to aid the development of the apprentice. Finding the right mentor can be difficult, so we will work with you to help identify and train suitable individuals for these key roles. Not only does this help the success and retention of your apprentices, it can also benefit your existing staff and prepare them for a team leader or managerial roles.

Working better together.

Did you know you could collaborate with us in various ways, no matter how big or small your company is, and they all benefit you!

We initially just put the feelers out there, and we got in contact with the head of business development, James Lund. It’s easy. I ask for apprentices, he sends through their CVs, and we then choose, interview and select who we want to hire.
