NEW Leadership and Management Courses

In response to the recent government changes, we have introduced a new range of management and leadership courses that complement our existing offer.

These courses support employers in developing staff and recognising key skills gaps for management positions, such as communication, planning, management, leadership, and problem-solving.

They have been designed with employers in mind to ensure skills gaps are closed and to support progression within the workplace.

Level 2 Leadership and Management Units

Develop the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to lead and manage effectively with our flexible Leadership and Management Level 2 programme.

Designed for aspiring and current supervisors, team leaders and managers, this unaccredited “pick and mix” course allows you to choose the modules that best meet your professional development needs.

Covering key topics such as leadership and management fundamentals, effective communication, performance and people management, emotional intelligence, time management, prioritisation, and conflict resolution, each standalone module provides practical tools and techniques that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

Learn at your own pace online, and build the skills to lead teams, improve productivity and drive success.

This is an online programme that can be delivered nationwide.

Level 3 CMI Certificate in First Line Leadership and Management

The programme is a 6-month programme, knowledge/assignment based, working with practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officers and shift managers to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day-to-day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.

This is an online programme that can be delivered nationwide.

Upon completing the L3 Certificate qualification, you will be eligible for Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) Status. Putting aspiring and early-career managers on a guided development pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Manager.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

The programme is a 12-month programme, knowledge/assignment based, working with aspiring Operational Managers in varied sectors and can be delivered remotely nationwide.

This qualification is for future Operational Managers in small, medium, large, and multinational organisations in private, public and third sectors across all areas of the economy.
