The construction industry is undergoing an exciting revolution. Our industry is working hard to support the UK’s mission to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050. To do that, we are training a new generation of construction professionals with a mix of traditional approaches and innovative technology to design and construct our future built environment using modern methods of construction.

Industry networking.

We also host industry weeks, where learners will go to lectures from external professional institutions as well as work placement opportunities. The industries include the Institution of Civil Engineering, The Chartered Institute of Builders and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Industry Experience

The course has been designed and developed with industry leaders such as Arup, BAM Nuttall, Balfour Beatty, Galliford Try and Kier Group to provide you with employable and sought-after skills such as experience in emerging technologies including 3d laser scanning and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
