Job Description
Let’s Connect are running a Digital Inclusion drop-in every Tuesday from 10am–12pm, supporting mainly older residents who need help using digital technology.
Volunteers would support people with things such as smartphones and tablets, emails, apps, online shopping, accessing NHS services, completing online forms and building general digital confidence.
It would provide students with practical experience working with members of the community, developing communication and problem-solving skills while helping to tackle digital exclusion locally.
The sessions are friendly and informal, with Let’s Connect staff present throughout.
