This Roll on Roll off course is a bespoke course offering all levels of Functional Skills Maths from Entry 1 to Level 2. You can enrol on this course at any point in the year and we will enter you for your exam when you are ready. Learning plans are designed for each individual student, bespoke to your maths needs. Classes will be small with groups of up to 10 to ensure plenty of tutor support for each and every student to achieve their goals.

You can enrol anytime throughout the year and classes are held both in term time and over the summer. Maths classes are held 13:15-16:30 on Wednesdays.

Course Structure

Maths is one exam session, divided into two parts: non-calculator and calculator. Entry Level exams are taken on paper and Level 1 and 2 can be taken on paper or online. The course prepares you with all of the relevant skills required to be successful in the taking of the exam.

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for this course but you will be required to sit a short assessment and interview before you enrol to assess your level. You will then be enrolled on to that level. All ages accepted. Cost is free, dependent on funding conditions.

Maths is a 2 part exam, each is timed differently depending on the level of qualification.

This course could lead to entry onto an apprenticeship, GCSE maths or English course, or an Access to HE course.
