Liam Hirst, Works Manager, tells us how their apprentice Connor “is brilliant; he’ll apply himself to absolutely anything. He is always willing to learn. He’s always eager. He just wants to go to college and do his best.”

We spoke to Charlotte from FairPlay about the benefits of taking on Industry Placements from Chesterfield College. She told us how it’s important to educate the next generation of carers with real life scenarios.

“We found a gap in some of our apprenticeship offerings. We wanted a trusted provider. I liked what they delivered at our other sites, so we decided to move to them. They offer a completely remote delivery, and that suits our business admin pathway and the people we are taking on”
