Apprenticeships & Workforce Development
UCB is committed to recruiting 3–4 apprentices annually, starting with roles such as Business Administrator and Maintenance Technician. The company also supports wider training opportunities to upskill its workforce and promote career progression.

UCB have agreed to offer valuable real-world experience through placements in Business Administration and Management. From September 2026, UCB will support Engineering and Manufacturing T Level placements, with access to onsite classrooms and workshops.
