Sue’s approach is collaborative in nature and client focused, offering advice where needed and empowering individuals to make informed choices.
Using a range of mood boards, paint charts, visual ideas and technology to assist in choosing colour schemes that evoke an emotional feeling or adding some feature wallpaper to make a room pop, This Girl Can Paint ® has you covered!

Work Experience/Industry Placement opportunities
Sue is currently supported a range of students by facilitating many Work Experience/Industry Placement opportunities in painting and decorating – an impactful component of this initiative has been the working with the students to aid them in interview preparation/portfolio and social media creation in which has supported students with preparing for the workplace. Students studying in Painting & Decorating benefit from being able to undertake real life experience and industry standard Industry Placement opportunities provided and supported by Sue on real time projects.
Guest Lectures/Career Talks
Sue will be partaking in employer-led sessions to our students in relation to curriculum and wider-themed topics.
Engagement with events
Chesterfield Royal Hospital have demonstrated an enthused willingness to participate in a range of key internal events such as Employer Forums, Open Evenings, and curriculum planning.
