The Digital Innovation Centre offers open, airy classrooms equipped with powerful, industry-leading technology to assist with the design, production and rendering of a wide variety of digital technologies such as game design and augmented reality projects.

Digital innovation centre

The centre includes Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Reality Headsets for students to use and some of the best 3D printing technology available in the whole of the East Midlands education network. Come and visit us to check out the Digital Innovation Centre yourself and we’ll show you the space. You’ll be working on high-specification computers and using the latest software and techniques to develop content for your course.

You’ll have a chance to experience the industry during your time with us.

Work placements are a key part of the digital technologies courses. Despite the pandemic, work placements still went ahead; our students were creating 3D assets, marketing materials and 3D models.
