Chesterfield College is seeking passionate, skilled, and community-minded individuals to join our governing body and serve as co-opted members on our Finance & Corporate Services Committee and Audit Committee.

As a governor, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the college, supporting our mission to transform lives and communities through education and skills development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking further education institution.

What We’re Looking For

For the committee vacancies, we welcome applications from individuals with experience in areas such as:

• Finance and accountancy

• Audit and risk management

• Legal and regulatory compliance

Time Commitment

Co-opted Members typically attend 3 committee meetings per year on a termly basis, with optional involvement in other college events. Meetings are usually held 4.30pm – 6.30pm.
