WorkSkills Team – Employability Skills for the Unemployed

Back to Employers

Our WorkSkills team provides a range of services to employers looking to recruit large groups of staff and adults who are looking for employment opportunities.

Working across a range of different industries, WorkSkills is able to rapidly set up short training courses to prepare groups of individuals for employment in a specific role. Working with Job Centre Plus, this provides employers with an effective method of recruiting new staff already trained and ready for work. Recent examples have included Fortem, a national maintenance and refurbishment contractor, and Premier Inn.

WorkSkills also provides the unemployed with free employability courses designed to help them get back into work.
