This qualification is designed to breathe the skills and experience of a senior exec into your next generation of leaders. First-time leaders need to be supported and developed to make the shift in mindset, skills and behaviours and this course is the ideal approach to making that change.

With flexibility at its core, the course is delivered remotely over a 6 week duration. Each week a two hour session is delivered by an expert tutor with vast experience in leadership management.

We aim to make apprenticeships accessible and affordable for employers. The cost depends on factors such as the apprenticeship level and the apprentice’s age, but government funding often covers up to 95% of the training costs for small to medium enterprises. Additionally, there are financial incentives for employers who take on apprentices, including grants for hiring young apprentices or those new to the workforce. Our team can walk you through these funding options to maximise cost-effectiveness.

Apprentices begin contributing to your organisation’s goals from day one, applying what they learn in real time. While the complete duration of apprenticeships can vary depending on the level and industry, most employers see significant progress within the first few months. Chesterfield College Group provides ongoing support to ensure apprentices have the guidance and resources needed to develop steadily, adding value early on and building toward full productivity.

We’re here to support you every step of the way. Chesterfield College Group assigns a dedicated apprenticeship coordinator to each employer, assisting with training plans, progress monitoring, and ongoing assessments. We handle the bulk of the formal training, but we do encourage mentors within your team to help integrate apprentices into your workplace culture. This shared support structure allows apprentices to gain both academic and practical skills, ensuring they succeed and feel fully integrated into your team.
