Working together, Chesterfield College and Betterweld deliver Sector‑Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) for the fabrication and welding sector. These programmes focus on tackling regional skills shortages and widening participation by supporting economically inactive adults and underrepresented groups into training and sustainable employment.
