Catering and Hospitality
Our hospitality and catering courses will give you the skills you need to succeed in this demanding and dynamic industry. Whether you want to be front of house or work in a professional kitchen, you’ll benefit from the expertise of our tutors who have years of experience working in fine dining restaurants and hotels.
You will be able to practice your skills and get hands on experience working in our industry-standard kitchens and onsite restaurant, Taste. You’ll also get the chance to cook and serve food to paying customers during the week. This will give you the opportunity to experience what it’s like to work in the industry and benefit from being part of a professional team in a customer facing environment.
