As part of International Women’s Day 2023, our staff and students stood together in the Heartspace to make the White Ribbon promise.
“I promise to never use, excuse or remain silent about men’s violence against women.”
White Ribbon is the UK’s leading charity engaging men and boys to end violence against women and girls. They strive to change long-established attitudes, behaviours and systems around masculinity that perpetuate gender inequality and men’s violence against women.
All men can take responsibility for thinking about their own actions, promoting equality and respect, and calling out sexist and violent behaviour.
