Our Employability Programme is aimed to support employers with recruitment needs and access potential employees for a variety of different roles. We welcome the opportunity to develop an understanding of what you are looking for in a workforce and create a training programme tailored to your needs. Ensuring you can confidently build a workforce with the skills, attitudes and behaviours you feel are important for your organisation.
Our pathways are designed to meet your immediate and future recruitment needs. They offer flexibility and can be adapted to meet the sector-specific needs of your business.
Working together with our referral partners, we support individuals looking to gain employment, through sector-specific training courses, tailored to your needs and expectations. Empowering them to return to work and ensuring positive social impacts for the community through engaging in education and employment opportunities.
Once a learner has successfully completed the tailored pathway to your employment needs, you can deliver interviews. A pathway can last between 3 days to three weeks. The pathways’ length depends on the qualifications you choose for us to deliver.
When you successfully build your workforce, then you can continue working with us by providing your new staff members with further upskilling opportunities through our Apprenticeship Programmes.
