Level 3 Music Students Final Showcase at Local Venue

level 3 music students

Level 3 Music students showcased their final major projects at local music venue The County Music Bar.

The event was a great success in supporting mental health, and self-confidence, raising the awareness of in house label Infirmary Records and embedding social inclusion of our young artists into the music community.

Owner of The County, Phil Deacon, offered the support of the event at their cost and said:

“They deserve to have the support and grassroots is what we have always wanted to support”

We raise a community of young musicians in Chesterfield to support each other.

Student Syd Rosling said:

“… it means a lot that our tutors go through that much effort for all us, and thank you for encouraging me to get on stage.”

Student Josh Moore said:

“I actually can’t believe how well it all went. Even though I have performed over the years I still get really nervous but those guys, that little group, they make me calm. Also, it was awesome actually getting to perform for my tutors.”

Our students have been using their own socials to provide fantastic feedback from the night too. Ben Helliwell, from Raining Silence, was “overwhelmed by the amount of positive reactions”. We are so glad our students had such a positive experience. After all the restrictions over the past few years, they are finally able to show off their talents.
