Course Overview

This course is ideal for anyone looking to gain the vital skills required to work successfully in a business environment. It provides you with a thorough understanding of customer relations, marketing and roles and responsibilities that impact upon a business. This qualification also provides you with the skills required to solve problems, communicate and work effectively with others and how to manage and improve your own performance.

This course can easily lead to Level 3 in Business if you get a good grade of at least a Merit. As well as completing the course, you will go on trips and visits related to your units (additional costs apply), work on projects and events and complete 30 hours work experience.
