We offer bespoke training for new employees, including apprentices who are learning about your industry and organisational culture from ‘day one’, or new employees who simply need to be equipped with the fundamental skills to be effective in their role.

Training solutions range from one day short courses and professional qualifications to regulatory training covering anything from health and safety and first aid to leadership and management. Functional skills

Skills in English, maths and computing are essential for every employee, no matter what their role.

We can provide English, maths and IT courses designed to meet the specific needs of individual businesses, from improving communication with customers to simple mathematics. These are skills that can easily be applied to the workplace.

Employers who have implemented short English, maths or IT courses to groups of employees have noticed significant improvements to efficiency, team morale, ambition and communication.

We also provide English courses for speakers of other languages (ESOL).

Regulatory training

Almost all businesses have to undertake some form of regulatory training to ensure their employees are legally trained to perform their duties. For some industries, the annual costs of training are significant, both in terms of cost and arranging training for large numbers of employees.
