New app available to support your mental fitness

There is now a mental fitness app available for all students and staff at the college to download for free.

The Fika app is designed to help you exercise your mental muscles to build resilience, confidence, positivity and motivation with bitesize 5-minute exercises. Did you know that it could take just 15 minutes every week to improve your mental health?

Designed by expert psychologists, Fika can help to improve stress management, focus, connection, confidence, meaning, positivity and motivation. Using the app provides you with tools and techniques to build the skills needed to train and prepare for all the mental challenges that come your way in everyday life.
