I’ve experienced so much in such a little amount of time, from having my short film shown to the public on the big screen in Cineworld, to volunteering as a camera operator with the Melodic Caring Project which live streams artists such as Gregory Porter to seriously ill children around the world.
The tutors here are incredibly supportive and help to make you aware of what’s required to achieve a career in a wide variety of media careers. The transition from being home schooled to joining college has been so much easier and more enjoyable than I thought it would be, I’ve met so many wonderful people and made lots of friends.
The media department has lots of amazing equipment which has allowed me to produce high quality work. As an aspiring film director, seeing my working up on the big screen is a very special feeling.”
