This policy aims to ensure that:

1.1 Every new and progressing applicant is provided with outstanding customer service to help them to develop a career plan that is underpinned by a programme of study, wider learning and support services that meets their individual needs.

1.2 From initial enquiry through to enrolment, applicants are provided with appropriate information, advice and guidance at each stage and that the applicant’s starting point, career aspirations and interests are used to inform their choice of a suitable learning programme.

1.3 Chesterfield College demonstrates its commitment to transparency, consistency and fairness through its admissions policy and procedures.

1.4 No applicant is treated less favourably on the basis of their age, disability, gender, gender identity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, race or nationality, pregnancy or maternity status or because of any unrelated criminal convictions.
