From keeping fit to meeting new people, there are so many reasons to give sports a go while you’re at college. It doesn’t matter if you’re a regular on the pitch or if you’ve never played sport before – we’ve got something to suit all interests and abilities. There’s plenty to choose from including:

  • Football
  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • Martial arts
  • Dodgeball
  • Rock climbing
  • Netball
  • Table tennis

We also offer all of our students (no matter your course) the opportunity to join a men’s and women’s football team which compete in regional leagues and cup competitions. For more information about sports and the activities we offer, call in to the Wellbeing Hub.

Kicking Back Project

Our kicking Back Project aims to reduce stress, anxiety and anger through martial arts and kickboxing, and focuesses on building confidence, self-belief and friendships.
