We are passionate about healthy living and encourage all of our students and apprentices to lead a healthy lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle includes both your physical health and emotional health and the Xtra Energy Team will support you every step of the way on your learner journey.

Our Healthy lifestyle Project aims at getting students and apprentices more physically active. Being more physically active promotes your physical wellbeing and psychological health.
