Using basic catering skills within a kitchen environment you will look at baking a pizza with healthy toppings, the health and food hygiene safety standards, learn how to use the correct tools and ingredients for basic cookery and tasks.

Please note that these taster sessions are designed for students 14 – 17 years old considering their FE options.
