Who is this course for?

You need to have a passion for excellent customer service and working with people. A well respected qualification in the hospitality industry, this course provides a fantastic introduction to the key skills required when working in a variety of hospitality roles

What other experience will I gain?

The College has a fully functional restaurant and bistro that are open to the public giving you valuable experience. You'll also have the opportunity to work with large companies, for example, Manchester City Football Club within their Private Corporate Hospitality Boxes and possible overseas work placements through international links with partner colleges. You'll also have the opportunity to take part in a residential visit abroad such as Spain/France/on a cruise.
