Course overview

During this course you will have the opportunity to develop as an independent learner and self-motivated professional on a focused and highly practical study programme, developed by Chesterfield College in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, software and networking employers and entrepreneurs. Modules include:

  • Network security
  • Wide area networks
  • Management of IT and IS services
  • Advanced datastores
  • Final project

Entry requirements:

  • Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject
  • GCSE English and maths at grade C or above (Level 2 equivalent)
  • Mature students with relevant work experience will also be considered

Who is this course for?
