Who is this course for?
If you want to further your Electrical Installation skills and knowledge this course is the perfect fit for you. Although it includes some theory it's also hands on during classes in our purpose-built workshops.
You will need a Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations or have relevant experience and knowledge of working in the construction industry.
What other experience will I gain?
In addition to your core studies you'll als have the opportunity to study the requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671 (17th edition regs), something which will greatly benefit you when working out in industry. Tutorial sessions will also allow you to discuss on a one-to-one basis any areas you want to improve on skills wise.
Where will this lead?
You can progress into employment opportunities reflecting the advanced skills and knowledge gained on this course. You can alternatively apply for Intermediate Apprenticeships. To widen your employment opportunities you could further your studies with a relevant qualification such as the City and Gulds 2357 in Electro Technology (conducted on site through naturally occurring installation work required).What are my career options?
