Course Overview

This Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service qualification aims to give a basic knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with customers in any environment. It will help those in a customer facing role to adopt and maintain behaviours and language appropriate to the provision of good customer service.

Course Content

During this course you will develop knowledge of the key areas that are required to promote and support good customer service. It can also contribute to your development of key skills in communication, working with others and problem solving. You will cover:

  • Introduction to customer service
  • Effective communication
  • Presenting a positive professional image
  • Handling customer complaints

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking this qualification. However, it is advised that students have good spoken and written English.
