Course Overview

During this course you will study a variety of practical units preparing you for working within the construction industry as a multi skilled tradesperson. You are continually assessed throughout this course by completing both theoretical and practical assessments relating to a variety of multi skilled areas which will enable you to progress on to a Level 1 Diploma in your chosen trade.

  • Health, safety and welfare within construction
  • Developing site carpentry skills
  • Developing brickwork skills
  • Developing plastering skills
  • Developing hand tool maintenance
  • Developing preparing background skills for painting skills
  • Developing tiling skills
  • Developing pipework skills
  • Developing painting and decorating skills
