You do not have to give us personal information to visit our web site. However, all communications addressed to Chesterfield College may be stored for reference purposes. Chesterfield College does not disclose, sell, give or transfer any personal information about our visitors, unless required by law.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force in the UK on 25 May 2018. A Data Protection Bill that will replace the current UK Data Protection Act 1998 is currently making its way through parliament.
To make sure that we fully comply with GDPR we are currently reviewing how we collect, store, safeguard and use data which you may give us, and where appropriate how we share your data.
We are also writing privacy notices for the data we collect from students, potential students, staff and members of the public, and these will provide more detail on how we use your data, from 25 May 2018.
