Programmes for the Unemployed

Learning Unlimited work with employers to identify local skill gaps and vacancies. We work closely within individuals to assist them with the skills required to help identify and address their barriers to employment. During the last year we have helped over 880 unemployed people to re-train and gain the skills they need to secure sustainable employment.

Specific projects include, The Raising Aspirations Programme - Bolsover, where we worked to engage and support 90 long term unemployed residents achieve a qualification. As a result of this, 86% went on to gain a positive outcome.

In partnership with Coalfields Regeneration Trust, we have supported 140 unemployed people with a variety of Logistics Skills training including IOSH, HGV and Fork Lift Truck Training. We are a delivery partner for Ingeus as part of the Governments Work Programme where we expect to support over 200 individuals into sustainable employment this year.
