Welcome to Learner Services. Our aim is to support and
help our students with all aspects of College life. All our
services are confidential. We offer Pastoral Support,
Personal Counselling, Grants and Awards Advice, Information
on Welfare Rights, Careers Advice and Guidance as well as
support for Higher Education Applications.

Where can you find us?
Our Information Advice and Guidance services are located at
our main campus on Infirmary Road, Chesterfield
Careers Library
Throughout College PC terminals are installed with
specialist Course Search software that allows you to quickly
browse through the education & training options of all the
Further and Higher Education establishments nationwide.
Diagnostic careers software may also be used to guide
learners to an appropriate training pathway to enter a
chosen career. Careers advisor are on hand to guide you
through career options and help you to plan your future. You
can also get help with writing your CV, or even practice and
learn new interview techniques.
